    The tide if normal does not reach the road and a lot of Beach in between. It is when it gets whipped up by strong North winds that it goes right up. It has to be really bad to breach the road. If the tide was to keep going over then that's when it would be serious. They will repair it top priority

    My nannan was from Seahouses near Bamburgh. As we're on about spooky things, she once told me about when she used to go to the old golf course near the Castle. She was having a walk with her mate, clear weather like, and she said when they were walking by the sand dunes there was a ghostly figure of a man with a horses head. They didn't go near the castle after that.

    Your grandma lived in a nice place. Lovely place Seahouses and on a good day can buy a few fish from boats when they land in little harbour. Some nice cosy little pubs as well.
