    By being good at his job.

    He inherited a squad that had lost both goalkeepers and first choice centre backs as well.as missing or best central midfielder due to illness.

    He is still learning and getting his players to gel game on game.

    Has a 59% win ratio so far in his early Barnsley career.

    Last night's game had some lovely football played by BFC, and some rubbish. Same as most games so far, and probably for most we have left too. It's where we are, 3rd division football. Just got to keep churning out the wins.

    On the previous page I replied to the OP and told him in detail why I thought he was wrong and what I felt the tactics were that Collins is trying to implement and how they're starting to show on the pitch.
