I tend to agree. Adeboyejo and Brown aren't quite ready to be back up and although Mowatt seems to be getting rave reviews this season I'd suggest comparing him to Conor when we got promoted. He's a long way short in my book.

Is not the player Hourihane became certainly, we only have Dougall Mowatt and McGeehan for 2 spots really though. And zero cover for the role Dougall plays, McGeehan has done well really but given it's not his position performances like yesterday will happen.

Did we lose? Are we bottom of the table.?OK - it was a bit wobbly at times and Doncaster caused us problems - no doubt about that. They have a good squad with some real experience in Coppinger - and a very good manager. We can move on from this. We had more possession, 16 shots against 10 (though one fewer on target - not so good) forced more corners. Let's move on to Tuesday night. I expect a different line up again. Who would you pick to start?

    My choice

    Davies
    Cavaré
    Pinnock
    Lindsay
    Hedges
    McGeehan
    Mowatt
    Moncur
    Thiam
    Woodrow
    Moore

It was a surprise to change a winning team.

Stendel was clearly ill at the post match presser & rumours of illness in the camp preceded the game.
Half the team had an off day, so probably a few factors today. Thankfully we ground out a draw, mainly down to
    a superb display from Davies.

I'd go with the 11 that started at Accrington. Obviously bringing in Davies. Pillonis or Fryers would be the only question mark probably Fryers as he will be fresh.

    My two main observations;

I was told, by a Donny fan, that they are woeful at defending set pieces, and that's where most of their goals against have come from. So why were we fannying about with silly short corners when we should have been whipping em in?

Secondly, John Marquis, good player. We all hoped we'd sign him in the summer, but all our interest in him just resulted in a pay rise at Donny for him. However, does he actually know anything at all about the offside rule? If he did, he'd be dangerous. But he doesn't, so he wasn't.

When I saw the line up, I thought ‘oh no he’s got that wrong’. Then through the first half I thought the same, then at the end I was sure he’d got it wrong. Then I heard his interview explaining his decision and I thought, fair enough. That’s why you’re the a Coach and i’m Not.

Aye them corners were weird. Mowatt stuck one on Moore's head about 2 weeks ago, now we've got Hedges are Bahre fannying about.
