    One day people on here will realise that managers do well at some clubs & poor at others. There’s very few that are consistently good or consistently bad. A lot depends on luck & the type of dressing room you get & what backing from the board you get.

    If he does well at Hearts it doesn’t mean he did an even better job at Barnsley & if he does badly at Hearts it doesn’t mean he’s useless & that he got lucky at Barnsley.

    There’s a bit of a myth going round that we were an unorganised side getting battered every week under Stendel this season. That’s simply untrue.

    There were only two terrible 90 minute performances, against Carlisle & Preston & then a bad second half against Brentford. The rest of the time we were competitive despite a severely depleted squad & it been the first few games of a brand new keeper & centre back pairing.

    I'm still sceptical re our board & will be till we see what January holds. Conway has gone missing, other than a very poor radio interview. Seems a bit like this:

    Wouldn’t mind if Stendel was trying to nick a dynamic back room staff that had helped him mastermind our winning match up the table.
