    RE: Pointdexter

Hang about NY... weren't you the one who was moaning yesterday that people couldn't publish their opinions without getting abuse... Pots and kettles come to mind.

I think what youll find I put is about reasoned argument and friendly banter, being accused of talking ***** falls into neither.Youre right I probably shouldnt have retaliated but Im getting seriously pissed off by the attitude of some on here

    RE: Jimmy

at the end of the day sundays been and gone... Lets now get on with enjoying the close season and looking forward to another season of championship football. This debate about sundays performance is starting to smell like like a dead dog. Lets agree to bury it, after all I think that everyones had their say.

If Paisley and McGuiness can get on theres hope for all of us.

North Yorks nothing personal from me but your starting to make it

North yorks, maybe i'm in a minority but not sure. I'm not sniping just putting an alternative argument, which you obviously don't like. At no point have i got personal to you either so chill. It looks like your getting a little personal though doesn't it. Opoinions are a personal point of view i thought this debate had been done to death on monday before you put up the Stoke view hence my stuck record comment. Nothing from me is personal. We lost 7-0 we were poor, we stayed up, why care what other people think, maybe there looking for excuses to blame others for there own inadequasies. Remember stoke had one shot at our goal when we went to the Brittania, perhaps they should have tried harder to beat us

Absolutely agree with the Stoke's fans assessment.

After paying £23 for a ticket and having watched the reds polish off Crystal Palace and Birmingham with such aplomb i was expecting a good game of football. A final performance from the reds to cap off a season that has seen some heart and fight.

What happened on Sunday was a complete joke, never before in my twelve years supporting Barnsley have i walked out before the final whistle, but after that 7th went in - i was done.

Shocking performance, can't blame the young lads - they did their best. But alot of the team looked very very poor, Rajski played well when he came on, Lucas couldnt be blamed for any. But in all, WBA were NOT 7 goals better than us, i was most dissapointed.

£23 does NOT justify a pile of crap like that.

There were families at the match with 2/3 kids, grandads, grandmas - it's NOT a cheap day out, even if its a good performance, it still isnt cheap.

Sorry for the rant, but watching a team i love get demolished by a "good" team at best, was not my idea of fun...nor was paying what i consider a good some of money to tolerate such crap.

Thumbs down to Barnsley FC and "most" of it's players on this occasion.

Ok, so there was nothing to play for. The club could have told us "fans" that they were going to roll over and die before we forked out for the privelage of watching a pub team performance.

...Did i mention i saw most of the team in Barnsley on BOTH Saturday AND Sunday night...living it up like they'd just won the cup. Fair play, have a ball. But after getting stuffed 7-0 at a game that I LOVE...i couldnt even think about heading into town.

    BIG thumbs down.
