    The money would be fantastic for us, but seriously, I just want to see him blossom into the world-class centre-half we know he can be. It's ridiculous, really, but I'd be so proud of him if he makes that step up, whether it's under Koeman, Pep, Jose or whoever..

    who knows. maybe koeman asked for guarantees that they wouldn't sell him? they've already rejected £40m, and i can't see anyone paying much more..

    Stones is leaving Everton, he was having a drink with my nephew on Saturday tea time at Cubley Hall. Wouldn't tell him where he was going to but he's on his way.

    always amazes me this. wide media speculation, huge global interest, 10s of millions on the line, agents, confidentiality clauses. and he tells some lad down the pub. can't see it, somehow..

    Didn't tell someone down at the pub, he told his school pal who he's good friends with. If you don't believe me fair enough but don't fooking make me out to be a liar. John lives near us in Penistone and as I said before is good friends with my nephew.
