    Wait til they've gone past the "ale and fanny period" though before judging a good young player. If his head isn't turned by that period and once they're past the 18 year old mark and they're still decent then you have a prospect.

    I've just been quoted 2/1 that he plays for England. So it's more likely that he'll play International football than for us to stop up this season. Apparently.
