Just want to preface this by saying I think Struber has done a decent job so far considering the tools at his disposal and he is granted some time to get the squad right. I have some questions however:

    1. I have to question the subs sometimes- Oduor should have been the one coming on instead of Sibbick, it is clear that in a diamond formation you need fullbacks that can bomb down the wings which clearly Sibbick cannot do. After Reading's goal I also thought Thomas (or Thiam even) should've come on to give us a different dynamic.

    2. How is Mottley-Henry getting on the bench ahead of Simoes after Simoes put in some decent performances?

    3. Wilks needs to be in the squad and we need to try and get the best out of him. This guy was the signing of the summer for me and gave us nightmares when we played against him last season. I don't know what is going on but he has so much talent to be rotting away not even on the bench. Not sure if that is due to his attitude or the manager's system but we at least need to try.

    4. Surely Styles should be in the squad? Can play multiple positions in the diamond I bet

Agree with everything you’ve said there.

Agree he's done OK so far, in terms of the performances, if not the results. One of the down sides of changing the manger is it takes time to work out his best team. We have so many frailties I'm not sure how much he can change before January, by which time it could be too late.

Agree the game was crying out for thomas or thiam after they scored. Some fresh legs, I'd have taken chaplin off who not alot seemed to go right for him last night.

In general I think he's doing a good job but for me the jury is still out on his substitutions.
