    We won't be a top end championship club until the Sky bubble bursts and half a dozen high profile clubs go out of business. I'm thinking at least 10-15 years

    But that is more to do with Sky that the club board (i'm not defending them and saying they're perfect by the way).

    Personally, I don't know what you are on about. He has already strengthened the team with the addition of a new marketing manager and a new accountant. Without all those pesky footballers everything will be fine. Once O'Grady, Cranie and Kennedy are on their way and he has added a few more to his team, everything will be fine.
