I can't agree with this - how many opera albums were sold in the USA last year? It was the most watched halftime show ever, so I'm not sure how you can say more Americans and viewers would enjoy something else - the evidence suggests the opposite.
Might be true, depending on where you got your info from. My perception, based on 2 trips to the West Coast in 2024, is that Country Music would be the dominant one nationally. Certainly in terms of geographical spread, there'd be vast areas of the US where you'd hear little else, while hip hop/rap would likely dominate in concentrated urban areas.
