    I dont think it is

    Rightly or wrongly he has followed a policy of backing a manager instead of the previous approach proven to fail of changing manager every few months

    To be honest a fan wold probably have sacked Davey long ago.

    Dont forget as well that the other directors are Barry Taylor - who is definitely a football man and Don Rowing who has worked in football for years

    Patrick Cryne is the first to admit

    He knew very little about football before buying the club hence Peter Ridsdale. He will also tell you that people still think that is the case. It isn't. He's been involved for a fair few years now. In that time he's had two chariman and has come to the conclusion he may as well be the one flushing his money down the toilet at least he can make sure it's all gone.

    Cardiff just paid £4m for Chopra. Cardiff just moved

    into a brand new stadium largely paid for by the council. Aye, it'd be nice to be that skint.

    A paid chairman would have to be able to justify his salary.

    They wouldn't be cheap so totally agree it would be difficult to justify,
