Just watched the Sky interview. Very non committal and politician’s answers when asked about the future.

To be fair, the option to stay on next season shouldn’t even be there for him.

Will sacking Asbaghi solve the problem or just quell the blood lust?

More the latter, but it's the bare minimum. It has to happen.

I'm not an Asbaghi lover. I just have a level of apathy towards the club that is so deep at the minute I can't see owt changing with or without him.

Give me one benefit of sacking him and appointing another stooge to pick the same inept players.

Of course they do, but we had these owners under Stendel and Val, a proper manager can make the difference, despite the shower of shïte behind the scenes.

Disastrous appointment in the end. Needed someone with some charisma that wasn’t afraid to give the players the absolute rocket that was needed. And that is what we need for next season.

The fact that we didn’t event approach warnock after boro sacked him shows how deluded the club was at all levels. We had something like 8 points from 15 games and nobody within the club seemed to acknowledge that we were in a relegation fight.

Thank you. I'd have to agree. That's why, like Mcanuff I empathise with the guy.

Ashbaghi was never the answer, his
appointment was just papering over the cracks left by our acting CEO over the summer ie Paul Conway. We never stood a chance realistically since early autumn of getting out of the mire he created. Its been a crap season and I am glad its over. I just hope it brings major change starting from the top downwards.

I think we all know had someone like Warnock been appointed, we might have had half a chance.

But, obviously Warnock wouldn't have stood for the ***** these owners put the coaches/managers under.

He seemed to give up after about 2 weeks.

But your absolutely right, the problems are beyond the players and managers.

But even the players and manager are surely better than what we have seen recently.

We have seen it when they decide to attack and go for it.

Maybe the players and managers know just how **** the club is being run. Maybe they are doing us fans a favour in speeding up the exit.

If that's the case, I will back them 100 percent for downing tools.

Still hurts. Still angers me. And it pains me that I won't go because of these that are running the club that I've been watching for nearly 40 years.

Me too. I'm not trying to be a pantomime villain sympathising with Poya.

The most annoying thing being, aside from Fulham, this year's league has been piss poor. Weak. Everyone beating everyone (bar us...). Everyone has had very poor patches. I'd love Luton to go up. No way should we be finishing bottom with how poor it's been this season. We deserve everything we get though

I agree the problems run much deeper but getting rid of him is one of the easier one's to sort out!

They might drop lucky again. Plus anyone with an ounce of " oomph " after our last 2 managers will be a welcome change.

I agree. I'm happy to wait and see. I'm done raking over it now. It's done and dusted. We either move on or we don't.

    I feel numb right now.

The two goals we conceded were tactical though. We set up to defend a corner by leaving their striker unmarked in the six yard box. The second goal came about because Brittain and Quina were in roles that were alien to them. Though it was diabolical from Quina, he was trying to play a system, or a mix of systems that he simply didn’t have the players for.

Top and bottom for me. I think it stinks that Poya is taking the flack for the c oo NTS above him. He's a fall guy.

Regardless of his managerial ability he's taking the flack.

Agree that and our forward play is absolutely horrific can’t watch this narrow play that creates next to sod all. That’s his system doesn’t matter what players he puts in it.
