A win against Ipswich, a team who are on a massive unbeaten run could have a massive psychological effect if it means we are 3 points behind with 2 games to go! We know Exeter are a decent outfit, & only need to draw & if we beat MK dons then that last day could be very interesting, we’re at home & Ipswich are away at Fleetwood who are no mugs. A lot to ask, yes, but not beyond the realms of possibility! Believe!
Is the model still that the home team gets the first 500 passes and then we get the rest of the money?
It’s a nice way of looking at it but Fleetwood have nothing to play for & could have players out of contract that they’re releasing and aren’t playing & several kids in the side. Look at us at the end of last season with Marsh, Helliwell, Wolfe, Sraha etc. We need a miracle for automatic promotion
Plus don't care what anyone says.. when you can watch it in your own living room for a tenner, it's going to affect the gate. Not calling it.. just stating facts. BTW... Massive respect to the Ipswich fans. Great show for a Tuesday night.
So if it's such a great show from the Ipswich lot, that kind of makes a mockery of not attending the home game by reds fans. Watching on ifollow can't ever be as good as being there surely.
If you're watching in the house you're only a hallway away from the fridge and can turn it off if they're 0-3 down at half-time. You don't have to walk back to the interchange via Schwarburberg Technik way. You can flake out on sofa too and snore until your heart is content.
It's one of, if not their biggest away game for about 20 years. It's tantamount to a dead rubber for us. I'm not gonna have a go at anyone choosing to watch it in comfort tonight
I live a few miles from a train station that can get me to London in the same amount of time it takes to get to Barnsley so yes I imagine so.
Wow surprised at those numbers. You’d guess there will be about 2 people watching for every pass sold, add on the number that attended in person and it’s about half of our home attendance.
