Tactics help with FM08..HELP!

downloaded a couple but cant seem to get them on the game

 

got them of that website but not on game when load up

 

Not sure how to do it but think you have to put them in the files in the game

what about facepacks?

 

any1 know what file/folder it has to be in?

I play a flat back four, a defensive midfielder (sometimes making backward runs, to make 5 at the back). Then a central midfielder who can attack, two wingers, and two strikers.

Usually use those tactics with any team I manage, and 9 times out of 10 it's successful.

I use a 4132 tactic with corners set up so my centre back gets in with all headers, im Leicster btw.....doing a better job than Ian Holloway sitting first in January.

 

I just use a 4-4-2 formation, only bought 2 players and finished 12th with Barnsley just 3 pts from play offs, even played Jacob Butterfield and Simon Heslop in last few games and they got 7's and 8's!
