Well said. Agree with everything you have said there Whitey. Given their cheating and poor housekeeping it will be an absolute travesty if we are relegated.

 

It’s an excellent post YTBFC. It would be ridiculous if they overturned it, especially while Wigan are still in administration with no certainty of a new owner (I’m sure the administrators will have said it’s a certainty they’ll find an owner if they stay in the Championship, to try and put some moral pressure on the Panel). We’re not the villains here and if other fans can’t see that, then so be it.
My head says there is no way the Panel will overturn it. My heart says they might but if that happens there will be absolute chaos. Clubs will be more likely to turn to administration as an option and that’s not fair to clubs or the non-football creditors whose debts aren’t guaranteed.

 

Be an absolute travesty of justice if they relegate us . We play fair , manage our team and finances fair . It would give any other team the green light to try and cheat their way up the league and out of paying their debts

 

The Wigan fan on TS spoke about players etc and Kieffer being one of their talisman . kieffer was taken from us on a fee we could never get anywhere near in the Championship plus wages we could never afford .
All this from a club with less resources than us if that’s not cheating or at the very least gaining an unfair advantage I don’t know what is tbh.
All the talk shows and fans forums condemning us and getting the Wigan’s perspective without reply or representation from us or our club .
Once again little ol Barnsley kicked in teeth and doing absolutely nothing wrong .
These attitudes led to massive wrongdoings by others in past with no right to reply.

The countless unawarded blatant penalties as at Man U in Prem season . The disgraceful refeeing by Willard and countless other wrongs we’ve had for being little ol Barnsley .
Hopefully these owners will give us some clout we’ve never had in the past and make good in their promise to not let injustices lay.
Well soon see if they are good on their word and if they are if they genuinely fight against these injustices they’ll have every Reds fans backing up to the hilt .

The guy on Talksport did talk well but as E3Red says, he says how important Moore was without seeing the irony of where they got him from.
Anyway, Americans are the most litigious nationality in the world so if we do end up relegated then the EFL had better be prepared because that won’t be the end of it.

Nah... I think Cunning Stunt was right to post that. At the end of the day fans everywhere take what they get, good bad or ugly. I'm sure most Wigan fans are down to earth working folk just like Barnsley fans. It's not their 'fault' they had success just like its not their fault they're in meltdown. The fans haven't done anything wrong so to wish them ill just because they enjoyed a bit of dodgy success is to focus on the wrong target

 

I don’t know. I would think they’ll reconvene on Monday having thought about it over the weekend, tell the EFL once they’ve reached a decision and then the EFL will release it, which really they should do ASAP to give Wigan time to get on with things.
Someone else may know how it works.
