    I've often wondered, if during our only Premiership season we'd have had Futcher and Glavin in their pomp
    and Craig Hignett at his best, might we have survived with the team we had.?

    Agree as a double act.
    In my opinion the best centre forward we ever have had was Neil Shipperley. He was a brilliant footballer.

    Most of you would not have see Barry Thomas and Johnny Evans but they were a good partnership pulled us of the bottom of the 4th division and took us up the league.
    Also liked Lol Chappel and Frank Boumont a year or two early er.
