    I definitely wouldn't play the diamond formation, we need width and to get running at the opposition. I'd like to see Bailey given a chance along side the more solid CMs i.e Pearson and Scowen but I'm not sure how I'd fit him in, maybe away from home if we go 5 in midfield possibly.

    I'd drop Hemmings for the Crawley game. I know he scored a decent goal a few games ago but his overall game is way off in my opinion.

    I'd love us to play 3-5-2 as we've got some seriously under performing wingers but have an abundance of decent defenders in my opinion.

    Only problem with that I can see is the lack of forward thinking players in centre midfield, i'd maybe swap Cranie for Berry
