Tips for telephone interview :-

Tell them you are a special person.

Tell them you are a 110% trier.

Tell them if they don't like you then you may have to look at your position.

Tell them that you are stuck in a revolving door.

And finally - tell them if they don't effing recruit you then you will be signing for Rochdale or Bury!

Worked a treat for me.

In all seriousness try and relax, take time to think about your answers, try and get something in to make them laugh and always stress how your involvement in any answer was a game changer.
