    Bonuses paid to individuals for performance when there clearly was no performance and the companies were obtaining loans to run the company with.
    what was the criteria for pension fund bonuses ? I would hazard a guess that the criteria would be if your all getting ya snout in the trough we've got to stick summat in the pension fund. but as always I'm happy to be corrected and concede I'm wrong if that's the case..

    To be fair they did pull down Nugent House in Reading (& the old Thames Conservancy Social Club which was never replaced) and replaced it with the new corporate Headquarters “Clearwater Court”. The only clear thing about that name is that they were taking ( or, in reality not taking) the urine.

    Depressing stuff. At least Yorkshire Water sounds homely and safe. Cue Sean Bean doing a voiceover to the New World largo. Check the reality behind the mask. Any benefits are going well wide of Yorkshire.
