Shut it, hippy. You might scare Oscar, but you don't scare me. What's your address? I'll be there. I'm VERY serious, now.
RE: i'm starting to looks like Tatts now.. I can't make it. I'm busy giving £50k to charity. Or something.
With a bit if luck I'll be able to say it was the year I stopped smoking. Day 4 of the campaign so far. Struggled a bit today, but still determined to see it through.
Attagirl The first 4 days are the worst If it helps I've gone 3 days without drink! (Though I have no intention of 2005 being the year I stopped drinking)
Brilliant, keep at it its a real achievement, but a lot easier if you want it to happen yourself, rather than someone telling you you have to stop
waytergo I look back and consider that stopping smoking was one of the greatest and most difficult achievements of my life. Saddo, I know. Try this rationale:- You know that you have to stop because it is ruining your health and shortening your life. Your shorter life is not as good as it could be. So, you have to stop. You have to stop. And the first days of stopping smoking are the hardest. Each day is not as hard as the last day. You have to stop smoking, that is a given, so why going back to the beginning and go through those toughest days? You have gone through the worst of it. Don't go back and start again. (Any other part of your life you want a lecture on?) Have a good Christmas, Cazi.
