    Im sure you won't be the only household to have been led to misunderstand the obviously unclear to the layman terms and conditions (I'm tring to avoid any legal accusations from said firm there) of the panel providers and the Interpretation of the laws they use.
    Maybe a coming together of similar customers would be a advantage .
