I really really hate Billy idol, they always play him on absolute radio and I have to switch him off. Saw their set at Glasto ( until I turned it off). Flat as fk voice, probably reading the words of an autocue, talentless waste of space.
Saw Billy Idol in November at Leeds arena. Lasted 4 songs. He was terrible - even down to stripping his top off on stage which he is 30+ years too old for...

Thanks for the share @JamDrop. I have to say these gigs are nothing I'm interested in myself. If other people like the reverie, that is cool. Punk for me finished in 1979. There was then post punk, that was massively creative too & a lot of stuff out of that from the UK, USA, etc. The Who admittedly were not a punk band, but "maximum R&B" and later the band that did several seminal LPs in the 70's, like Who's Next, Quadrophenia & Live at Leeds certainly fed into that scene. I now think they should have stopped a long time ago. Just my opinion...
Anti nowhere league were a breath of fresh air in early 80’s … We are … the league etc was a classic album in my opinion. You sit around your house in your dirty clothes, you’re looking a mess .. you’re always picking your nose. Takes some beating !!
