RE: Agree with you 100%

I agree to an extent. But last season he got it spot on in 2 of our most important games of the season. Preston/Watford away, the week after the cup semi...and I think if it wasn't for those 2 wins, we would have gone down. I made a fair few away games, and those 2 performances were head and shoulders above the rest, and Davey was the reason for this. He changed the team/formation and got results. Even KO played very well in those 2 games.

From what I have seen personally of Mostto and Johnson, I've had no reason to think they should be in the team, but I do think a solution is needed if Hassell is to be considered for midfield for the near future. He's a quality defender, and at the moment, we are lacking quality in defence. I still say when De Silva is back we will look infinitely stronger because of the impact he has on the team in numerous ways.

I personally think upfront we are looking quite strong. Early reports of Hume sound quite promising, and he took his goal very well at QPR, the problem I think is creating more clear cut chances for the strikers, and I think De Silva will help with this.

Ok so he got it spot on in two away games towards the back end of the season but what about the other 20 when we were absoloutely shocking, what about his continuos playing of a striker that is just plain and simple not good enough, he keeps on like this and we are going to struggle. Anderson will make a difference i agree but im worried how many people are pinning our seasons hopes on his shoulders.

'His continuous playing'? The guy who has been a sub the last 2 games? And even when we did change forwards for yesterday, Rigters was chosen ahead of him? Regardless, I still say people blame KO far too much. Nobody besides Macken was consistently better last term upfront.

As for pinning too much hope on De Silva, I know what you're saying, but we've won games without him before, we can do the same this time. I just believe he'll turn us into a much better side once back. But it's not just down to him, there's JCR to come back in, and of course El Hamouir was missing last night.

    Have faith!

But even when he doesn't start matches he is the first one brought on to try and change the game when he couldn't change his own undercrackers.

Rigters looked very poor last night and yet played 70 minutes, Mostto for all the stick he gets hasn't started a fifth of the games oddjob has and yet he is still regarded as being **** by people on here. The blokes got a higher pedigree than Odejayi, scored more career goals, scored for his national team and yet we dont seem to play him. Last night was a great chance to get him back in the side but it wasn't taken instead Davey went with the same decision he always makes and thats bringing Odd job on, he gave Mostto 5 minutes at the end - what exactly did he think he would do in that time.

Hey I dont want BH in midfield any more than anyone else..... I'm just saying the reaction on here to 2 defeats, both away, is well OTT.

The words of the manager it were a disaster, if people keep saying we are playing well and not scoring and are happy with that fair enough. But us that
have a moan and can see the problems in front of our faces we have paid money to watch them then people will have say and make the club understand
were not happy. This isn't from two games it go's back to last season and everyone can see whats wrong maybe Davey has been unlucky with injury's
but a loan singing may have stoped us being knocked out the cup.

I see the problems, of course I do.

But some people cannot wait to criticise SOMETHING, ANYTHING. They seem to revel in knowing they were right when they predict a defeat, a sort of 'told you so' mentality.

I, along with most, wish Davey wasn't so stubborn, but he's done one hell of a lot of good for us as far as I'm concerned. The few years before Davey were UTTER **** (except of course the promotion season). But I for one am chuffed we are now an established championship team, and I'm not going to go mental after 2 games, of which only 1 was a league game. Afterall, we've shown we can match some of the better teams. Look at our record against top teams last season

And personally, I don't want 2 great cup runs this season, I don't think we'll get as far as we have this season, and I don't want more injuries from having to play more games. Course it's always nice to have a cup run, but we got that last season and it very nearly cost us our league place.

Why not just have a bit of faith, and back the team? The players WILL respond when we get behind them, we've seen it before.

This is the season when we will see how established we are, as for criticizing the team if you see the problems how are the club
going to know your not happy with the situation if you don't moan?

Why do the club need to see? It's up to the manager. We don't pick the team. And booing our own players will NEVER help anything. That's a BBS FACT!

There will always be people who don't agree. It's life. But I'm willing to let him do his job, and if he doesn't succeed, then hopefully Cryne will see he's not up to it. But I want him to have a chance this season, maybe it will be his last, and I see no point in the crazy negative responses after just 2 games.

Everyone agrees that Hassell isn't good enough in midfield if Colace turns out to be a dud (I hope hes decent) letting the club
Know asap will force them to make a change you can't sit back and keep clapping. I hope Davey gets it right and we have a good
season but theres no harm in keeping him and the club on there toes when things are not right.
