    Boris is toast though he may not pop out immediately.

    I agree that his long term incumbency would probably lead to a change of party in charge.

    I'm more concerned however about the right things being done in government, rather than fretting about who's in charge of doing them.

    From that angle, I wonder who comes next.

    Well it's now or never for Starmer...PMQT tomorrow with Johnson a rabbit in the headlights, if Starmer doesn't destroy Clown Johnson now, he never will
    If Starmer acts like a smug barrister wagging his finger, rather than a furious leader of the Opposition demanding that Johnson goes and everyone at that party should face criminal charges, then I can't be bothered to vote for him

    I hope Keir carries on as he has done. Measured, snaring Borisconi, projecting competence. He doesn't need to be flash, as you suggest. We have had enough of "charismatic" leaders. And if you can't be bothered to vote for him Boris will be delighted.
