Don and Cryne handing over the family silver for a pittance when we sold John Stones after Everton came knocking with 2.5 million because the Don was worried 'what if nobody else comes in for him' and Cryne said they didn't think he was that good (after he asked Flicker opinion apparently) - Flicker had actually been in the chron a few weeks earlier saying how he had everything and Hassel called him a rolls royce.

That really got me fuming - the bare faced lies infornt of a room full of folk.

What a **** queueing for the Liverpool tickets was!! They closed the door to the line I was in just five people away from the golden stub.
If memory serves me right there were a few spats between regular attendees and "part timers"!

Gerry Whewall's stroke of good fortune when his wife's number was pulled out in the first reds lottery draw and won a car.

    How lucky can someone be.

Not re-signing Ashley Ward didn't go down too well.

Not giving Redfearn the same wage as Tinkler and Hristov following relegation from the prem and then selling him instead.

Then thinking players such as Robin Van Der Laan or Clayton Blackmore or Kevin Richardson would at some point or other be an adequate replacement.

I won a car once, a Ford Escort. In the monthly employee's lottery when I worked at Jaguar Cars (1996 I think).

Jaguar was owned by Ford. Each month there was an Escort and 2 Fiestas up for grabs.
Ford bought the company for $2.5 billion in 1989 and sold it along with Landrover (which cost Ford another $3 billion) to TATA in 2008 for $2.3 billion

    Gi'or, you're all wrong.

Who remembers the ticketing fiasco for the 1912 Cup Final.

4 days in the horse park I queued.
