    the top 25 finishing sides - 13 from the prem then the top 12 still in from the championship Watford finished 13th but the Blunts generously gave up their place for them

    I know you cant answer this but why?

    2 bags - one of seeded one of non seeded
    Draw home team alternately from each bag and pair up with team from other bag

    Its hardly rocket science

    Thats once you have accepted the idea of seeding anyway

    yes they pick after 1st round. 2 years ago rotherham had to beat sw and barnsley would have been a seed that year.
