Iv probably seen Digby more than most as I go to training most days as my workshop is only a minute away. Digby looks like a class above the rest if the squad. In training match situations he's all over box to box and scores more than any other with accurate shooting etc... From what iv seen it can only be the injury worries that is going to keep in out of the team. I think once he proves 100% fitness and sustains it a good period of time he will most probably be the first choice midfielder. In the development games he looks like he's ready but I think Wilson is looking long term for him and I agree, with the players we have in his position now there's no point rushing him and risking another long term injury
Give the lad a chance this season. We may be surprised. It's his career. The truth is we have about 8 promising young players for the first time in 15 years... 3-4 will hopefully make it.
I'm 5 ft 10. Thought he was too. Not saying he's big or owt, but he's not the type of striker that a lot on here are assuming him to be. The more I've thought about it the more convinced I am that he's going to help us click.
You'd assume with him playing in the Premier League his touch would be outstanding. Similar to likes like of Scotland, Macken, Gray and Hendrie who could all bring a ball down like they had glue on their boot. I'm expecting him to be similar to Scotland, but quicket and fitter, hopefully a lot fitter. But with that same predatory instinct and eye for a goal.
Is there another Paul Digby in a parallel universe. I know I'm a bit pissed, but this is taking the biscuit.
This thread is about the "myth of Paul Digby". Don't totally f^ck with my mind that Digby is actually a black man called Leroy? If so listen to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t-MmvJ9-8Po
Guilty as charged. Derailing threads is an art form. It certainly helped put a stop to the bashing up of Digby.
