    I think so, it may sound two faced but a manager/player are there tobe shot at, you can see thier failings and good points but backroom staff for me are a differant matter, I mean dont the Acadamy have to pass an annual test or summat ( used toget it in the army FFR fitness for role ) and that should tell us if the Acadamy is sticking to the rules whatever they are this week

    Check my postings which list the FA's own mandatory requirements for an Academy and then work out how we meet them. For starters we should have 3 full-time directors. It's not unusual for the FA to give a special dispensation to a club until it can put things in order.
    It wouldn't look good if one of the FA flagship Academies was demoted to a Centre of Excellence.

    You will then understand our concerns.
