    Whatever you think of Hill, everybody outside of Barnsley thought we'd finish bottom, every bookie in the land thought we'd finish bottom so it's not as if he under achieved. We aren't talking about a QPR scenario here. Hill did a job most expected of him. Flitcroft is the one that's over achieved rather than Hill under achieving.
