    Didn't we only ever play with a tennis ball?

    Somehow I don't think Mr Round would have let me play - he was totally bemused at me being the only girl to choose PE. After a few weeks he seemed to accept me as "one of the lads".

    I'd go step further and say the Lionesses are role models for all footballing youngsters regardless of gender.
