I agree, VAR has run it's course. The Jacob Brown challenge on Foden is shocking, malice intended why review of they're not going to take action?
Sorry can't agree there Helen, if the look at it on VAR and see its offside and an error has been made fair enough but if they have to run it time after time and draw and re draw lines taking ages then for me its not offside and give the attacker the benefit of the doubt, its killing the game the time they spend over decisions
I would agree but to take it to the extremes (like they do) of whether or not a player's knee is a few millimeters further up field than another's elbow is complete nonsense. In fact, the whole offside law is a complete nonsense now, we should go back to the original rule of 20 or 30 years ago but only apply it in the last third of the pitch and leave it entirely up to the linesman who would be eminently capable of keeping in line.
