Should have been a red card. Clear scoring chance. The Sunderland supporting ref doing all he can to help out his team. Look where we took our free kick from that he gave us. It was central to goal because that's where Moore was going through on goal.

How anyone can say that’s a yellow is beyond me. Absolute blatant red card. Clean through, no cover running on goal.

What else do you need for a red?

Ref bottled it. Another diabolical inept ref. No wonder we have no British refs at the World Cup. The standard in the English league is appalling with big club bias and refs wanting to be mates with players. Mind you, isn’t Mike Riley involved at the top? Says it all, he was crap.

I bet you can find a large group of Sunderland fans who think the ref got it right

But yes the wrong card was produced and we were on the wrong end of several game changing decisions again. If they even out over a season we must be due some very soft pens and sendings off given in our favour in the next 7 games

We’ve had players send off for failing to foul a player when the last man in Previous seasons. And penalties awarded against us for far less than fouls on Moore and McBurnie and Isgrove against Bristol.
