the SKY tv advert " Black lives matter"...... is this really needed

Just had a little look at photos of it all now. I never really realised that they did blend in before (probably because they didn't do it very well for most white people) looking at photos of black ballet dancers in darker shoes you can really see how much they do now blend in. Must be a big confidence boost to them too going on stage knowing their shoes are a perfect match for them and that they were professionally made too
