The Squad so far

You have not included any u21 squad:

Nathan James and Jack Shepherd have both . featured in friendlies.There seems to be a lot of excitement around Nathan James who has been stand out friendly matches reading match reports.

Others could feature e.g. Jalo, Marsh and Ackroyd,

And media talk suggest more to come in with links to European Centre Half. Felix Straus name being linked!

Squad starting to look pretty strong. I expect a few departures. Williams possibly, and Cundy. Styles and Iseka situations could be very interesting.

 

Aye i was just sticking to the 1st team squad so as to, selfishly really, keep tabs on where we're at and what progress we've made from last season. We do have a good youth squad too, but it's the first team that's going to do the biz and get us promoted (i hope!).

Hopefully we'll see Jalo and co. included in my next year's Squad Thread

 

All the players coming in is great for the Club the fans alike, if we replace Anderson like for like or better, then we'll be ready title contenders and champions without a doubt were a lot stronger than last season. opinion

 

What will be starting xi ?

Plenty of competition for places.

 

With injuries to Benson/Wolfe and as most think Styles and Iseka won't play it could look like..

Roberts
Williams .Lopata. Kitchen McCarthy
Phillips. Kane. Connell. Cadden
Cole. Norwood

But with Phillips suspended maybe Russell and if Williams goes Cotter could come in....Expect Watters or Dallas will sub for Norwood or maybe both...then again ah cud be wrong as ar lass sez ah usually am...

James isnt getting a mention, from what i saw of him, and seeing how good he was i think he'll be in the mix, i'm going to Brid Tarn t'day so wont be in Barnsley, but i hope you all have a great day, C, O, Y, R,
