I will be surprised if we sign the striker we have been hoping for and needing for a while. Furthermore we need to unload some players too as Cosgrove, Benson and one or two others could do with moving on.

 

Let’s be honest no club in its right mind is going to take Cosgrove on unless the only game they have ever seen him play was the play off against Bolton a mere 6+ months ago!

 

I believe in horses for courses and there will be a team who could utilize Sam better than we do .Also possible suiters wouldn't look on a message board to see what supporters think.He had a good career before he came here and I;m sure he can again.

 

Agree entirely. Some players just don’t fit sometimes but then flourish after another move
