I used to get myself a bacon sarnie from the staff canteen in the morning before going into the office.
Do I detect the slightest note of disbelief? Going back to Conan's point, there were a great number of those I used to work with who had a tattoo. None of the women, though. However, there's been a few of the young girls on the digs I've been on that had them and weren't shy in showing you either!
Really don't understand sleeve tattoos. I don't get why anyone wants to look like they've just fisted a dragon.
Not a sleeve man but have 2 tattoos, one on each arm. First a communist star I had done when 18 and studying Marxist philosophy and revolutionary politics at university. Only regret about that one is the quality of it. Got it done at some long gone place at the back of the Manx in late 80s. All wobbly lines and badly faded. Place shut shortly after. Other one some Cantonese avowal of undying love for a psycho-ex. Seemed like a good idea at the time...
Bugger canteen sarnies, they were for the staff softies, (sorry Kev) Now us hairy arsed shop floor raggie's preferred Mrs Hanwells well done bacon, runny egg and tomatoe sarnies, they were awsome as my rotund girth will testify.
Got a fair few myself. Personal choice that i'm happy with up to press. Early ones when I was young didn't mean a great deal but my latest tattoos mean a lot to me and were carefully considered/designed. They relate to life struggles and achievements, symbolising strength/family/unity etc. Don't feel that you need to worry about other peoples (including footballers) tattoos......they probably couldn't give a monkeys what other people think.
No tats no piercings no jewellery no watch no hats no waistcoats no braces no man bags no glasses no pipe no spats no ties or cravats As all are totally superfluous to requirements for the modern gentleman
I quite like them. Not got any myself, but have a few friends with sleeves and think they look really good. Each to their own though I guess!

I think fast forward 50 years and think what pensioners will look like as opposed to how they do now. Smart tie and suit obviously out the window
I always think that you tend to take your youth attire into later life. Stooping over a Zimmer frame with a bare ar5e showing Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
