Not quite. 2 Tories voted against (John Randall and Richard Bacon) and 17 abstained (compared to Labour 84 and 69 respectively). But 146 Tory MPs voted in favour - as did the UUP, DUP and an independent Conservative.

The LibDems, SNP, Plaid, 1 SDLP and an Independent MP voted against. Sinn Fein and 2 SDLP abstained.

If the Tories had voted against it would have been defeated by a majority of around 100. (It passed 412 to 149)
