Can,t comment on the negroes thread coz i don,t know anything about it, but the knives were most definitely out for him, i can honestly say that i never once saw a post by him that wasn,t turned into a nudger hate fest which i suspect is why he moved over to tykes talk..You also say that they have to live with the " consiquences of their opinion", this statement seems ti imply they,ve said something wrong which may not be true, they,ve only said something wrong "in your opinion" which is the very point i,m trying to make, just because we think we,re always right it doesn,t mean we are..

 

You know what I mean folk who get annoyed or upset on behalf of other people like say Jeremy Corblimey types

 

He gave as good as he got - never called him out on anything but he aimed some uncalled for comments in my direction questioning my intelligence amongst other things. Looked.for the attention

You're right he was hammered for whatever he posted but you have to ask the question of why was he?

The answer to that is that he has history of abhorrent posts stretching back 20 years. He wasn't given stick randomly, it was in response to how he had previously acted.

 

Don,t doubt it mate but every post should be taken individually and people should respond to the post in question and not let long standing bitterness turn his every post into a hate fest, what you,ve said pretty much proves my point of don,t upset the clique or else your card is marked..

I get what you mean but if you take the situation into the wider world would you expect everyone to forget or ignore someone's past behaviour and judge them on their current words and actions only? Of course everyone probably should do that but they don't. In fact I'd hazard a guess that you don't either. It's not a BBS problem and imo it's not about cliques, it's simply natural human reactions. If someone behaves in a bad way then they'll generally speaking be treated poorly by the public who knows what they've done, especially when that person does the same thing over and over.

 

wtf you on about?, your now trying to make out that yn only posted racist things and i,m fighting the corner of a racist, my point is if he said good morning you would find a way to crucify him for it, it wasn,t just the bad posts he got slagged for it was every single thing he posted, no doubt some of it was well deserved but i know for a fact a hell of a lot weren,t because i read them,I don,t know the man ( or woman)so i have no reason to side with him (her), but it was nothing short of a witch hunt, long standing bitterness, no more no less, i stand by my comments..

I was just using the young nudger thing as an example for why i think theres a bit of a clique culture, i don,t know him and i,ve never met him, its just been an observation over the years, i know he brought a lot of it on himself but everyone just seemed to jump on him just for posting, no matter what the post was about, i,m annoyed because fonzie keeps bringing this race thing up, if nudger was just hammered for racist posts then he would deserve all he got but thats my point, he was slagged for all his posts and it seemed taht once one started slagging him, everybody else joined in...

my point is not about whether he gave as good as he got, its about him having posts that didn,t deserve to be turned into hate posts, are you saying that it didn,t happen? btw, i don,t need evidence of anything its my opinion and i,m entitled to it, or is my card going to be marked now aswell?

 

We can all have an opinion but evidence tends to validate the point more. I'm not marking you out- didn't mark.him but he made derogatory comments about me. To be honest you've posted 30 times don't have a clue who you are - just find posts like this without history a bit strange to be honest.
