    No timescale

thanks to Mr Ridsdale, although there's probably more chance of the Premiership re franchising all its games to Hong Kong than us sneaking back in there. there's a plan to arrange a meating for the Chelsea game, I'll mek one before or after if you're about.

    indeed

the majority are unhappy with how things have been done including probably at least 40% of ST holders.

and no doubt there's 50 odd different ideas on how it should have been organised. the Liverpool ticket situ was a mistake but I simply dont understand how any season ticket holders can complain at how the Chelsea tickets have been put on sale. 2 weeks to queue, only the braindead witbulldogonastring got stuck in the first few days of queuing, it was obvious to most with half a brain cell that the best thing to do was wait til later this week. and there will be ample tickets for general sale next week. where's the shambles?

    If there's 4,000 left

which I suspect there will be, for a game thats on live on BBC 1, I think the majority that can be arsed will get one.

Lets see where do you start:
Liverpool tickets - Nothing on the offal site until gone 10pm after they had been sold. People with the magic raffle ticket promised tickets for Anfield only to be told they have all gone. ******** SWFC SUFC Leeds MAnks and other scummy types in the away end at Anfield while a kid who travels home and away to every game broke down in tears becuase he couldnt get one. He later brought a plymouth ticket. Countless others who follow Barnsley including one bloke who attended every games and 90% of reserve and academy ones. The list is endless. Don hid when it went up on the Tuesday morning leaving it for someone else to take the flk.
The Colchester ticket priority was a complete farce and a scam to boot.

SWFC tickets- this game should be a sell out even with the Chelsea game approaching. It wont due to the fact no one can seemingly buy tickets for the game. The club has changed its stance thrice now at the very least regarding the structure for the match tickets. SWFc have again being given a third of capacity. Why? It turns it into almost a home game for them. Fair enough it can be argued money is a factor but why not advertise a scheme to get Barnsley fans to fill three out the four stands. give them 2000 tickets up high in the north. **** em.

Chelsea Tickets - A farce again. No organisation whatsoever. Everyone turns up the same time for their tickets. Result queues and chaos. It has taken a week to process the season ticket holders. Why were centenary members allowed to get theirs when season ticket holders were also queuing. shambles. I'll not mention Raffle tickets.

The Box Office - struggling and unsure of what is what by the high commander. refused to do a phone order for tickets unless you live in mongolia - as long as it isnt a sheffield postcode. Shut on the busiest day at 12. Do not understand that. In my job saturday is the busiest because people are off work. We shut saturday we'd get sacked.

The supporters 'Trust' - Silly comments regarding if and maybe Colchester stub/ Beam back ticket holders will get a priority over normal general types. Comments from trust members about well if the club agree with this and you have problems Pm me and i'll sort it. No statement from the powers that be regarding the continually FUBARing from the club about tickets infact this seems to be totally avoided by them. Voice of the supporters or voice of the club?

    Yeah great job.

S.M. I'm a pretty level headed 'customer' of BFC, I don't rant or whinge and yet even I feel let down by the club and disappointed by its amateurish outlook.

It's been a gradual erosion effect on me over the last two years, you learn to put up with some stuff but recently I've been doing without. The catering has been very poor and overly expensive, so I take my own drinks and snap now. The programme went up in price and down in the quality of its content, so I don't buy it as often. I didn't buy a season ticket because of the no replacement issue, so I pay on the gate which means that I can choose to not go to some games. This means BFC are doing without my money more and more.

What do you base that observation upon?
I find it extremely odd that anyone would try to defend the happenings of the last 2 weeks.

I'd need to know what the current system is really in order to give an opinion into its sufficiency. Otherwise you're just inviting random opinions from people with little or no expertise and specialist knowledge.

Roundsman said that he spoke to 9,426 of them yesterday and they all said it was poor.
