Don't understand that argument at all

You appear to be suggesting we spend money we haven't got. Where do we get this money we haven't got? Are you going to provide it?

I dont recall Hill saying that we have no money and the football is going to be negative during the season ticket selling period, its a fine line between a straight talker and a bull****ter.

You would only be in the pub watching sky sports news waiting for the results to see how much money you've lost, you're better off being frustrated its cheaper!

Re: Don't understand that argument at all

What money have we been spending in our previous five years in the Championship?

Like any business there are inflows and outflows. Investment/risk/speculation is all part of it, if your heart's in it. If it's not, then the chances are you'll go under anyway.

    You've answered a question with a question

I'll ask again. Where do we get this money we haven't got? Are you going to provide it?

    And I'll reply again:

So you don't want to answer

Because that is no kind of answer at all.

Where's the money we haven't got going to come from? Are you going to put it in?

Re: You've answered a question with a question

The last few seasons have been subsidised by Cryne good fortune in the cups and the odd player sale. Cryne isn't willing to put the same level of funds in as per previous years and wants the club to be self sufficient.
Its all well and good taking risks but say we spent three million on transfer fees then didn't break even next season. Players would have to be sold at knock down prices possible transfer embargo and points deductions.

You'd actually prefer us to be relegated, with all the financial uncertainty that would bring, the loss of better players, etc?

I don't ever want to see that division again if I can help it. I don't care what it takes to stay up, and I don't want to see us financially jeopardised by the massive loss of revenue that relegation would bring with it.

Still, provided you're entertained, then what does the long-term future of the club matter?

    Bonkers!

We take the stale non descript football route, attendances dwindle we have to sell players we can't afford and end up getting relegated with no fan base.
