Doesn't really matter what any of you think. Hassell has signed for another year. Get used to it. In Flicker we trust.

    Re: I'll back Flitcroft's judgement

"But I very much doubt that Flicka is as good as Keeef in the transfer market"

    Based on what ?

I disagree 100% with this comment!! He is a barnsley fan and is entitled to an opinion of the players, he doesn't like Steele so what, neither do I! We should have got shut last year! I don't care if you think I'm wrong it's MY opinion. He isn't a wum just a fan! Steele is a good shot stopper that's it nothing else! He has cost us many point, I know he has saved us points aswel bug for me it's on a par! If he signs up than fair enough I will support him like I have done for 5 years, if he goes fair enough And thanks for anfield!!

    Both better than Hassell?

Its time for me to pack in going then.

I just can;t see how you can apply your "logic" to only these two yet other players, also part of a side than finished fourth bottom (with top four form post New Year) are deemed good enough to get Barnsley in the top 6?

You're entitled to your opinion however my point about some posters continually berating the same players still stands. Criticism is one thing but some of the vitriol that has been posted on here is out of order.

Couple of points..... If sentiment were part of football we'd have offered Harewood and Foster a deal. Secondly, 'fans' are the first to have a pop at players who 'jump ship' for bigger teams / better deals (e.g. Vaz Te).
    Double standards
Well... I for one am trusting Flicker and the club to come up trumps in the transfer market. The next couple of weeks are key.
