RE: The questions have started already. Because if he was a suicide bomber he would still try to detonate the explosives!
RE: The questions have started already. Witnesses report seeing the man carrying a 'bomb belt' with wires hanging down his back. If that be case, then according to a report I've just read, the police are trained to shoot at the head as the torso could set off the explosives.
RE: The questions have started already. Yeh, the only conclusion I can come to is that he was carrying explosives upon him. I sincerely hope that's the case or the **** will really hit the fan.
RE: The questions have started already. The man had been identified as one of yesterdays attempted bombers. He was followed from his home by a specialist unit. They had hoped he would lead them to his co bombers up till he went to the tube station. He was challenged but ran onto the train He stumbled and fell, and with the fact he was a known bomber wearing a bulky coat on a hot day on a tube train he was shot. full stop.
RE: The questions have started already. He was under surveillance Cazi. I reckon they saw him headed for the tube with a bag and realised they had to take him down before he could let a bomb off.
RE: The questions have started already. Can't blame them for shooting him under those circumstances I suppose.
RE: The questions have started already. That's true. It's likely that the noises people heard were the charges which were supposed to ignite the explosives. However what the hapless martyrs didn't know is that that type of explosive degrades over a few days. If it was part of the batch originally used on the 7th it would be useless now. I suppose it's still as well not to go shooting at it though. Just in case like.
Cos that will work.. we are a civilised democracy. People are not summarily executed without charge and trial. Stoop to their level and we may as well hand over now
