They were police New anti-terrorist division - they do operate in plain clothes sometimes. Seems like the police are doing a cracking job on this one (a first? did I here somone say) so credit where it is due. Can't stop folk jumping to conclusions on any of this but events nearly keep up with speculation
RE: The questions have started already. The person shot at at Stockwell was supposedly wearing a thick jacket, totally out of the ordinary in the warm weather down in London. Suicide bombers usually locate their bombs strapped around their waist/chest. So police could hardly take any chances, especially in view of what he was wearing, possibly concealing bombs. I wish they'd been able to keep him alive for interrogation purposes.
It matters not one jot who shot him, the simple fact is he is now upside down in a bucket of PIG **** in hell with the Devil poking him merrily with his trident. People, at last can see the authorities are now taking action against these misguided religious freaks.
They did right to shoot the bloke whether or not he was a terrorist. He was ordered to stop and didn't. The police had no choice, shoot the git or possibly get blown up!
