these 'Kindle' things..any good ???

I got a Kindle

the wife got an ipad

Big difference in price

But I'm the jealous one, and none more so than when it comes to book reading

I thought the Kindle would run rings around the iPad in terms of the four things that matter: eye-strain, battery life, ruggedness and price.

Oh, to t'other poster asking about torrents, you have to dig around a bit more than usual if you're looking for books not on the best-sellers lists but you can usually find them in some format or another. That's when Calibre comes in to convert them. Not that I do such things of course.
