Someone put on twitter about Wednesday bragging about ticket sales.. Let's just wait and see who has the most fans in the stadium after the final whistle
We should have sold more then. Boot on other foot, we’d all be here bairnin about empty seats and fans that can’t get tickets. 25k Barnsley fans in full voice getting behind the team. No problem.
We are technically now the ‘away’ team, leave em to it just adds more pressure on them and less on us and let’s be honest they don’t really handle pressure very well. Not under any pressure like last week they’re fine but the fans now will be expectant which will play onto our hands.
I would urge people to complain to the EFL just in case it kicks off. If you’ve complained & stuff starts getting thrown down by their fans or fans get assaulted by them like against Millwall at least you’ve got a leg to stand on.
They average about 23,000. Both Ipswich and Derby averaged more this season. Sheff Utd averaged 28,000. For their big Wembley trip they've nearly doubled their average, as have we. Worra club, worra fanbase. Like I say, I can't wait for Monday.
Going to alton towers with the wife. Could have rearranged it for Tuesday as we’re both off work anyway, but decided i wasn’t that bothered about going to Wembley so i’m not. We’re going to Meadowhall on Tuesday. Didn’t feel like doing that on Bank Holiday Monday. At least with Alton Towers we can get fast passes. I doubt that’s an acceptable reason for you but frankly i don’t care.
