    He can't say anything if there's nothing to say.

    He said Mellon will get 3 games, correct me if I'm wrong but we've played 2. So dont expect anything till Monday at the earliest.

    Or are you just on another vendetta?

    They haven't Archey, when did they mention three games.
    A lot of those i talked to or overheard at Turf moor thought it would be sorted after that game.

    People can sat what the want about my reaction, I think its shocking.

    11 month ago I wasn't concerned at all. I went to Peterborough then the Burnley game and I was relatively happy because it wasn't a great big secret.

    Its based on hope now on Saturday and even if Barnsley win he might get the Position but a lot of people will be angry. If we don't then it gets worse.

    Over the last few weeks theres been things said from Sheffield wendesday, Bury Portsmouth. All far more clear than Barnsley on whats going on.

    I agree, your reaction is shocking.

    So basically your complaint is that you aren't being kept in the loop regarding every detail of the search for a new manager, despite the fact that there is a local club nearby in a similar situation who will also be looking at some of the same candidates? It's better to keep our cards close to our chest and I'm happy that nowt is being said until there is something definitive to say.

    I've read it somewhere, don't remember where. That's not the point really. The point is that if the club says we're going for X, and X says he's going to Bristol City, the club looks silly. So then the club says they're going for Y, and Y's club has the chance to manage in Europe, then the club looks silly again. I mean you might have enjoyed knowing who we weren't going to get as manager HT, but I personally would rather wait till Ben and Maurice have made their choice and announced it. Nobody looks silly then.
