    You do but that's not the point. The point is that it's a fact that underprivileged people are more likely to commit crime and likewise that people suffering with negative mental health are more likely to take drugs. Whether that SHOULD be the case or not is a different matter, it's a fact that it does happen. The Tories have been in power for 14 years and have employed a long list of policies that have left to more people with mental health problems and more people in poverty. Their actions have directly led to an increase in people who commit crime.
