Personally I'd prefer him to err on the side of overly picky.....Bournemouth are a club who lost 10m in 2013/14 and are propped up by 25m pounds worth of loans from their foreign owner....note the word. .....loans.

have a look at wiki about Bournemouth and I wonder if he forcloses how much the land will be worth that the ground sits 'cos with him being foreign he wont give a toss about the club or community
