    Im disappointed if Duff is trying to use the upset over what happened to Thomas, as any sort of excuse.
    If anything, this should have made the players react more determined and positively.
    And Im certainly not accepting the fact that they are just young lads as a reason for it. They are still very well paid professional footballers, not school kids!.

    No i reckon the players need to explain why they're not stringing passes together on the pitch, letting a soft goal go right through the middle after 45 seconds, and then letting their heads go down for the remaining 90 minutes. What would you say if you were Duff? You said yourself he's told us the truth.

    Feel for Connell. Think he’s been excellent this season and very unlucky to lose his place. I’d pick him over Kane every day of the week.

    Not sure about the subs point - thought he got a number of them badly wrong.

    No leadership on the field. Too few with the promised “sweat on the shirt”.

    And since when have we done well just lumping it forward.
