    I recall them causing trouble even when we weren't playing them!

    Not sure who we were playing, but Leeds match away was called off and a group of a hundred or so Leeds fans came to our match instead as they'd already set off for their match. They were segregated at the end of Brewery Stand near away end and started fighting!
